Welcome back to the show!
Act II begins with the arrival of the meteor shower, and some of the team at the West End Echo and their friends, have gathered to watch it. Ella is nowhere to be seen but Sophie has come along with her dad Geoff. Sophie makes her way over to George to say hello and they begin a discussion about the wonder of the stars.
Sophie has been dreaming of her life being a certain way for as long as she can remember. She marvels at the stars, and thinks about the stories they could tell her about the things that they have seen in time. She wonders what’s in the stars for her future. George shares that he sees them as pieces of hope that can set him free from his frustrations in life.
