George lays his feelings on the table. He realises that his feelings have changed and that he wants their friendship to be more. He can see his life with Sophie and vows to give himself to her completely.
Sophie meanwhile can finally see what was right in front of her this whole time. Something feels so right, as if she was meant to be here this whole time. Her future suddenly becomes clear and everything with George now makes sense.
